Mindy Huls Biography

I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and Owner of EXiT HULS REALTY, formerly known as Huls Realty, which has been in continuous operation since 2000.

I Believe in Honesty, Performance, Experience and Service.

Just a bit of an introduction about myself, I was raised on a farm in Poweshiek County. My husband Dean and I have three children.

A few of my favorite things are playing around in the dirt, planting flowers and tending to my garden stuff, mostly to just be outside. Dean and I love to spend as much time with the kids as we can. We like to take little road trips here and there which usually turns into some kind of adventure! When I am home I also love to cook.
